A fabulous and unusual flask by Silversmith John Linegar, made in 1890.
Glass bottomed flask, that unscrews for cleaning and filling.
Initricate mechanism for drinking on the go, without the need to unscrew and open.
The silver 'straw' prevents leaking and a simple turn handle on the side opens the hole on the opposite side to enable you to drink from it.
It's quite simply the most beautiful flask we have ever seen.
Comes complete with its own new, handmade, fabulously crafted, bespoke offside leather case, with double doeskin lined lid and tin of Sedgwick leather care.
Case measures just over 7" in length and just under 2 1/2" across the top of the lid.
The flask measures approx 6 1/4" in length, including lid.
Ready to fill and use!
