Costs and information

*All shipping is based on weight.

Orders need to be made before 12 noon (Monday to Friday) for Next Day (or Saturday) deliveries.

A signature is required for Next Day delivery.

Items weighing over 2 kilos are sent via courier.

Collection is free.

**All International & EU Shipping is tracked and/or signed for.

*Shipping for whips is based on size rather than weight as they are oversized for small parcel delivery.

*Should goods left in a requested/designated 'safe place' be damaged or stolen, we regret that we cannot be held responsible and that any insurance for these items would be invalid. Nor are we able to refund or replace any items tracked as delivered or signed for, but will assist you in any claims made against Royal Mail.

Timescales

Parcels being sent by Royal Mail are normally sent the same day.

Courier deliveries are normally collected the same day (where possible) or next working day.
